On-demand transport

Grand-Place to Meiser (walk and transit come back where no flex service runs) with modePreset=on-demand. Flexible, on-demand transport where flex data exists: flexible x3. One OTP 2 query (onDemand). The preset only replaces the three street mode slots: every other planner-v2-1 parameter applies to each of its queries.
