It enables you to reach any page on the lab.
Same journey on the v2 family. Planner v2 uses routingProfile=multimodal; OTP 2 / 2.9 use accessMode=bike_park (ride to the station, park the bike, continue by transit) with an explicit egressMode=foot: bike_park is not an egress mode, and OTP 2.10 treats a slot left out of the modes as disabled, so without it the destination is "not accessible".
